Scope
This Privacy Policy explains in plain language what information is collected when you use the beustaki.tr website, operated by BEUS Takı, Aksesuar ve Bijuteri, and what we do with it. The legal details of how your personal data is processed, and your rights, are set out in our Privacy Notice.

Information you give us
- Contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the subject you choose (general information, wholesale / corporate gifts, custom order or a Trendyol order) and your message
- Direct contact: the content of our correspondence and any information you share when you reach us by email, phone or WhatsApp
Information generated automatically
- Server logs: IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested and browser information
- Form submissions: time of submission, IP address and browser information
- Contact page session: a record of the session started to protect the form (IP address, browser information, time of last activity); if the form shows a validation error, the details you entered are also briefly kept in this record until the page reloads
- Language preference: a cookie that remembers your choice when you switch languages
What we don't collect
We don't use analytics, advertising or social media tracking tools on the website. We don't track visitors on our site or across other sites, and we don't build profiles. There are no accounts or memberships on the website.
How we use information
- To respond to your information, wholesale, corporate gift and custom order requests and your questions about your Trendyol order, and to contact you when needed
- To protect the form against spam and automated submissions (for example, by briefly rate-limiting submissions by IP address)
- To keep the website secure and to find and fix errors
- To remember the language you chose
We don't use the information you submit through the form to send newsletters or marketing emails.
Who we share information with
We don't sell or rent your information or share it for marketing. It is shared only with the parties needed to run the service:
- Hosting provider: the website, its database and server logs are kept on its servers located in Türkiye.
- Email provider (Yandex 360): your form message stays on our website's servers in Türkiye and the notification email we receive does not contain your personal details; our email correspondence, however, is stored on this provider's servers located outside Türkiye.
- Authorities: only when required by law.
Our website and contact form records are hosted on servers located in Türkiye. Our email correspondence, however, runs on Yandex 360, whose servers are located outside Türkiye, so the personal data in emails you send us or in our email replies to your request (your name, email address and the content of the correspondence) is transferred abroad. If you do not want the correspondence transferred abroad, you can ask us in your message to call you back by phone, or submit a written request.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. The connection between the website and your browser is encrypted (HTTPS). Form messages can only be viewed by our authorized staff, in our password-protected admin panel. Please keep in mind that no transmission over the internet is completely risk-free.
Retention
- Contact form messages: 2 years from the date you send them; older messages are deleted automatically
- Server logs: up to 6 months
- Session records: a session ends 2 hours after your last activity; expired session records are deleted daily
At the end of these periods, the information is deleted or anonymized. Deleted data is also removed from our system backups within 30 days at the latest.
Third-party content and links
- WhatsApp: Clicking a WhatsApp link takes you to WhatsApp; no information is sent to WhatsApp unless you click it. Once you are redirected, WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy apply.
- Trendyol: Our products are sold in our Trendyol store. When you follow a product or store link you move to Trendyol's website, where Trendyol's own privacy policy applies. This website collects no order or payment details.
- External links: Articles on our site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, so we recommend reviewing the policy of any site you visit.
Changes
We may update this policy as the website changes. The current version is always published on this page, and the date at the top is updated.
