Yes. Our jewelry is water resistant; there is no need to take it off in the shower, in the sea or while doing sport.
316L stainless steel carries a low risk of allergy. If you know you are sensitive to metals, we suggest wearing a new piece for short periods at first.
Wiping it with a soft, dry cloth is enough. If dirt builds up, wash it with lukewarm water and a little soap and dry it well. Storing pieces apart so they do not rub against each other keeps the surfaces free of scratches.
