What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored in your browser when you visit a website. The site can read them on later requests, for example to remember your language preference. This policy explains which cookies the beustaki.tr website, operated by BEUS Takı, Aksesuar ve Bijuteri, uses and why.
Cookies we use
beustaki.tr only uses cookies that the site needs in order to work. We don't use analytics, advertising or social media tracking cookies.
| Name | Purpose | Duration | Type |
|---|---|---|---|
locale | Remembers the site language you chose (Turkish or English). Only set when you switch languages. | 1 year | Strictly necessary, first-party |
beus-taki-session | Session cookie. Set only on the contact page and the admin panel, to protect the form. | For the session (expires 2 hours after your last activity) | Strictly necessary, first-party |
XSRF-TOKEN | Protects forms against cross-site request forgery (CSRF). Set only on the contact page and the admin panel. | For the session (expires 2 hours after your last activity) | Strictly necessary, first-party |
Other pages (home, collections, blog, etc.) set no cookies apart from the language preference cookie. For our authorized staff using the admin panel, an additional "remember me" cookie is used if they check that option when signing in.
Local storage
When you dismiss the cookie notice, that choice is saved in your browser's local storage (localStorage), not in a cookie. It is never sent to our server and is removed when you clear your browser data.
Third-party cookies
Trendyol and Instagram links open only when you click them; those sites use their own cookies under their own policies. Our website loads no content or tracking code from them.
Clicking a WhatsApp link takes you to WhatsApp, after which WhatsApp's own terms apply.
Managing cookies
You can view, delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Most browsers also let you block only third-party cookies. If you block strictly necessary cookies, your language preference won't be remembered and the contact form may not work; in that case you can also reach us at info@beus.tr.
Changes
If the cookies we use change, we will update this policy. The current version is always published on this page, and the date at the top is updated. For details on how your personal data is processed, see our Privacy Notice and Privacy Policy. Questions: info@beus.tr
